Demetria Jordan is a Keynote Speaker, Author, Busines Mentor, and Group Facilitator. She is known for her unique ability to help women transform their lives and businesses by identifying what is keeping them from accelerating to their next level.

Mrs. Jordan has been a group facilitator and business mentor for almost two decades. She has helped nearly one hundred entrepreneurs launch, develop, and sustain successful businesses. Her journey, like so many others, has been one of unexpected twists and profound lessons. She has proudly been a business owner for over 20 years, a testament to years of hard work and dedication. However, life threw her a curveball when she was diagnosed with cancer, and she found herself facing one of the most challenging battles of her life. The decision to temporarily close her beloved businesses was heart-wrenching, but it was necessary to prioritize her health.

Cancer tested her strength in ways she could never have imagined. Enduring a bone marrow transplant was one of the most arduous experiences, but it also became a turning point. She learned the true essence of resilience, the importance of embracing every moment, and the power of an indomitable spirit. Throughout this battle, she held onto a vision—a dream to rise from the ashes and reinvent herself. That dream materialized in the form of Favor Surrounds Me, a brand that embodies the grace, strength, and beauty that she discovered within herself.

She specializes in business growth strategies, leadership, team motivation, transition strategies, and personal development. She empowers individuals and business owners to reach new levels of success by teaching them critical life skills and business skills. Her knowledge and experience in the business sector have afforded her the opportunity to speak on many platforms, facilitate workshops, and lead training. She has created a plethora of educational curricula, workshop content, and training materials.

Her signature talk, "Your Next Level is Calling," equips audiences with strategies for elevating to the next level by navigating life's challenges with grace to unlock their inner greatness.

She is the author of "Faith is Calling: Will You Answer?" which takes readers on a journey of answering the call for their next level.

Through her signature mentorship progam, Demetria teaches heart-centered women how to create more wealth, better health, and joy. Her vision is to create a global network of women living in personal freedom and achieving greater success. She is committed to helping women grow both personally and professionally to unleash their true potential and unlock next-level generational blessings. Her motto is, "Live a life that will outlive you."
